Through A Team Approach

Because each person’s problems and issues are unique, Rivendell individualizes treatment to meet those unique needs.  Members of the multidisciplinary treatment team cooperate to develop an individualized plan for each patient.  Patients benefit from a treatment team that includes input from:

Family involvement is essential to treatment success – both while the individual is at Rivendell and after his/her discharge.  Families are strongly encouraged to participate in the treatment process, unless clinically inappropriate.
